Youve been doing 80 hour work weeks, eating whatever is in the office refrigerator or what someone brings in from the fast food places down the street and you havent had a full nights sleep in a couple of weeks. You are tired, grumpy and unproductive. Youve never liked getting up in the morning but now you really dread having to get out of bed and drag your body to work. It takes a pot of coffee to get your heart started and your head focused on the task at hand.
